Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

I was having a really hard time trying to lose weight on my own and knew I needed to made some changes but needed a little more direction and accountability.

What did you accomplish?

I lost 12 pounds of fat and apart from a few slip ups I was able to get right back on track thanks to the constant encouragement and communication.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

Incorporating the daily steps into my program. I was never a walker before and found it very difficult in the beginning but about half way through I found I was really starting to enjoy it and found it so much easier to achieve the 10k every day. I will be incorporating this into my daily life

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

The constant communication. The weekly questionnaire really helped me stay on track and keep me accountable.

What did you like about the coaching program?

The weekly goal setting, it made me more accountable.
