Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

I wanted to feel confident in my own skin and hopefully develop a better relationship with food. I previously did a nutrition program that was super restrictive and I was very hesitant to try another program but when I started following your instagram and after speaking to you about my previous experience, I was able to thankfully see that this program would be extremely different from my previous one as there were zero off limit foods and the program was customizable so I was able to add in all the foods that I loved. Not to mention, you were so extremely kind and personable BEFORE I even committed to doing the program.

What did we accomplish together?

What didn’t we accomplish together?! I have a better relationship with food, I feel so confident in my own skin, I’m able to easily maintain a healthy lifestyle while living my life with my friends and family, I have more energy, my sleep has improved drastically, and my skin has improved.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

My major shift in my mindset and being able to develop a better relationship with food as I was fuelling my body properly and ensuring I was eating enough (all thanks to your program) so I wasn’t feel deprived which would then result sometimes with overeating or over indulging in all the foods I was constantly restricting myself from.

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

I don’t mean to sound corny but honestly YOU. You have been so motivating, supportive, kind, uplifting, and I’ve learned a lot over the last 13 weeks. I always loved our weekly check ins because even if I didn’t have the best week, I know I would receive an email from you which would always lift my spirits and help me continue on the right track.

What did you like about the coaching program?

Everything. You made this entire process so seamless and straightforward. Even with all my questions, you would always answer everything with so much detail and additional information which was always very insightful. You can tell how much you care about your clients and your business. You’re the best.

What didn’t you like about the coaching program?

I thought about this hard because I know constructive feedback is good to have but I seriously cannot think of one thing that you could improve on or do differently. You have a way of making me feel very incredible comfortable in an extremely vulnerable process (ie taking photos in my bikini and providing my weight each week).

Were there any standout learning moments for you over the duration of this program?

Yes, so much! The importance of eating enough for your body and not restricting or depriving yourself from certain foods. How you can still lose fat while eating all the foods you love but in moderation. How important sleep is!

What was the easiest part of the program as whole? What was the most difficult part?

The program itself is easy in the sense that everything is there in front of you, you have your program, we have your incredible motivation, encouragement, knowledge, tips, and guidance to keep us going. The most difficult part is knowing that you are in the drivers seat controlling the outcome and the results that you will achieve as you are in full control of what you eat, your sleep, your stress management, etc. Only YOU can continue to show up for yourself, put in the work, and prioritize making healthy choices. You make the program incredibly easy and seamless to follow but we are still required to show up and do the work but once I started putting in the hard work, each week got easier and something clicked where I knew this was a lifestyle change that I would be able to maintain because there was absolutely no restrictions, I was able to eat more than ever, and have everything that I wanted but just in moderation.
