How long are your programs?

1-1 Online Nutritional Coaching: 

8 weeks, 12 weeks, or 20 weeks with the option to add on extra weeks at the end of any of those program options
Just Your Numbers:
No time commitment. After I create the program, I send it to you and then you take it from there to implement into your daily life!

how much do your programs cost?

Please email info@nutritionbykarmen.com and I will send you the pricing sheet for whichever program you are interested in.

If I sign up for 1-1 online nutritional coaching, how can I be sure I’ll have learned everything I need to know in order to keep going on my own once the program is over?

My programs are designed so that you learn the tools and behaviours while implementing them into your everyday life so that you finish your program feeling confident enough to continue on your own. There is also an option to add additional weeks onto your program if you feel you need a few more weeks of support. In addition to that, I also offer a “post program numbers” option that you can purchase where I send you all of your data over the course of the program so you know exactly where you are at with your calories and macronutrients, how to adjust those amounts over time and how to implement all of that on your own going forward so that you can continue your progress.  

Do i have to take progress photos?

Yes, if you sign up for the 1-1 online nutritional coaching program I do require all my clients to take photos. I completely understand how difficult taking these photos can be (I have been there myself!) but I can tell you that 100% of my clients are so happy they took the photos and have them as a reflection to look back on. 
The photos tell me more about what is going on with your body than the scale or any other tool that we implement and so having this visual is crucial so that I am able to provide the best support as your nutrition coach so that you get the best results you signed up for. 

What equipment do i need for your programs?

For 1-1 online nutrition coaching, you need a digital food scale, digital body weight scale and some sort of tracking device to track your daily steps and I would also recommend having a digital food scale for Just Your Numbers as well.  

Can I drink alcohol & eat carbs on these programs? Yes!

can I eat junk food on these programs?

First of all, i call them fun foods and yes of course, in moderation. My clients have one treat dinner every single week where they can eat and drink whatever they want! 

I love to eat at restaurants. how does that fit in?

I’ll help you choose appropriate options with some suggested ways to modify meals so that they line up with your program, or if you are heading out for dinner and it is your treat meal, then you order whatever you like! 

do you work with all diet types?

For 1-1 online nutritional coaching, I do not work with vegans or vegetarians; however, for Just My Numbers I am able to accommodate all diet types!
