Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

I knew I needed to make a change for my health. I had tried SOOO MANY TIMES to lose weight and would give up quickly when I didn't see results as fast as I had wanted. I knew I needed someone to guide me in the right direction but also keep me accountable. As a mom with a young son and very busy schedule, I knew I couldn't do it on my own. I also knew other people who worked with a nutritionist who had great success.

What did you accomplish?

Not only did you help me lose weight, but you helped me gain healthy habits and a more positive relationship with food. I am now no longer intimidated my cooking healthier foods because I know I dont need to cook elaborate meals or cook for hours to eat healthy. Simple is best.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

1 - The weight I lost while on the program - never did I ever think I could lose this much weight without having to deprive myself of certain foods or work out every day. The simplicity of the program made it so much easier to stay consistent and want to lose the weight
2 - I now have new healthy habits that will follow me throughout the rest of my weightless journey and beyond. These are habits that I can teach my son as well.
3 - My new nighttime routine has been hugely helpful too. Sleep is so much more important to me now that I know what I need to do to get quality sleep each night. 4 - My weekly step count! I've always enjoyed walking but knowing I had to hit my steps every day, it really pushed me to move a lot more!

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

Your weekly questions to me, and your responses every week has been huge because not only do I get feedback about everything, you have helped me stay accountable. I have never been one to sit and reflect about things or keep a weekly journal, but its such a great way to sit back and remind myself of my weekly wins and challenges, and a great way to set goals for myself each week. This is something that I look forward to still doing as I continue on my weight loss journey.
