“The weekend with a ton of family events was really hard to manage my meals. But that is life and the important thing is to get right back on track and I got right back to it on Monday.”

“I was in a conference all day Wednesday and Thursday. I had to be in Richmond by 8am so I couldn’t go to my regular workout classes. On Thursday I came home and was completed wiped from the long day and didn’t have the energy to get my steps in. Normally this would really bother me, but I knew one day isn’t going to ruin any progress as long as I’m consistent. I made it up in the other days during the week.”

“Normally when I come back from a trip, as soon as I come back from the airport I Uber eats a pizza for dinner. I did not do this for the first time I a long time!”

What are you most proud of from being on this program?

Going through 2 vacations and succeeding on each one.

Looking ahead post-program, how are you going to implement what you have learned into your everyday life?

Live my life but in moderation.

What more would you have liked to accomplish on this program?

Nothing, this was the first program where I felt I wasn’t cold turkey mode and for the first time I feel like I can maintain what I’m doing. Thank you for everything!
