What did we accomplish together?

We managed to get my IG issues under control, help me build healthy nutrition habit and develop a manageable meal program!

What more would you have liked to accomplish?

I think I accomplished pretty much everything I wanted to. I still get the occasional bloating but I think that's just normal.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

I think my biggest achievement is having a new mindset towards meal planning and understanding that I have control over what I do, and just knowing I have the ability to resist or indulge my cravings.

What did you like about the coaching program?

Although I found it kind of hard to do myself, I really liked the progression photos. I could see a difference even in the weeks I didn't loose any weight.

What has been the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

Positive attitude and kind approach to tough topics. Even when I felt like I didn't do my best, I never got discouraged because you always put a positive spin everything and said exactly what I need to hear to keep me motivated.

What was one non-scale victory you had (week 6)

I reached my nutrition goal of going 2 separate days without candy or sweet things! Now that I know I can do it I feel a lot better about myself. Really reinforces the fact that I have control over my cravings.

Final Comments:

It was a great experience that helped my build healthy habits and changed the way I look at nutrition! Honestly I was very skeptical, this is not something I would usually go for but I'm so glad I did :) It was really worth the time and effort I put in.
