Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

I wanted more knowledge about the foods that I was eating and understand how to achieve the way I desired to feel and look about my body. I needed someone to provide me with that information as well as hold me accountable and motivate me along the way.

What did we accomplish together?

We accomplished a lot. I feel like I have learnt so much about nutrition, and food in general. I have not only changed physically but in my entire lifestyle. I have become so much better at managing and organizing my meals throughout the week and ensuring I always have healthy whole foods ready to go in the fridge. I have also implemented daily movement in addition to workouts into my routine. This was all accomplished because of you and I, together!

What has been the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

You are just so lovely, but also have SO much knowledge. From watching your instagram videos, chatting with you, receiving your emails and listening to your podcasts, I was/am always learning something new about nutrition and living a healthy sustainable lifestyle.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

I feel way better about my body and gained confidence. I also got the motivation that I was looking for in continuing this lifestyle and pushing myself past just this program.

What did you like about the coaching program?

Honestly, I liked the whole thing! I think this program fit perfectly with who I am and what I needed. I liked how you structured it, but also allowed flexibility. I enjoyed the weekly check ins and all your positive feedback and encouragement.

What is one thing I should add to my coaching, if anything?

You are seriously so amazing, supportive and knowledgable.. I don't think there's anything I can think of that you should add to your coaching. Keep being you!

Final Comments:

One more thing that I learned and that will stick with me is to make sure to also enjoy yourself and indulge in delicious foods and alcohol. I learned the importance of doing that and not feeling bad about myself after, but just getting right back on track. Which I think is the secret to making this program sustainable forever.
