Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

First of all I needed someone to guide me through everyday meals on what to eat and what not to eat. I was diagnosed with pre diabetes 3 months ago and I wanted to reverse it through proper eating habits and proper food choices.

What did you accomplish?

Blood sugar is down and back to normal level, HPN is controlled and I have more energy. I’m able to manage my stress levels so much better compared to before I started the program.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

A1c latest result is back to normal, lost some weight (6 lbs!) and blood pressure is lower than what it was before signing up for the program.

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

Being very supportive and knowledgeable about the nutrition program.

What did you like about the coaching program?

Karmen has been really supportive. She’s always there to answer any questions and guide you through the program. I also liked the portioning part which at first was very tricky but I was able to master it.
