Karmen I truly enjoyed your coaching. You are very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight and learn about eating properly. The Idea of staying on track at least 80% of the time and if you slip up just get back on track and don't beat yourself up about it as that leads to a train wreck!!!!
