Why were you looking for a nutrition coach?

Guidance. I needed help understanding how my meals should look.

What did we accomplish together?

I accomplished a lot for me! I learnt better habits and keep moving everyday.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

For me it is a lifestyle change - I now plan ahead as a habit instead of an afterthought.

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

The meal plan and check ins. It really helps keep you accountable.

I loved how reachable you are and the support you provided

Were there any standout learning moments for you over the duration of this program?

Planning ahead - it truly makes the biggest difference. Also I was not eating enough protein!

What are you most proud of from being on this program?

My effort, even though I wish I was more consistent - I am proud of how hard I tried and how I pushed myself

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything! I really feel like this is the first time I have done a program that actually has set me up for success! I have learnt new skills and habits that I can carry forward. Also it has been lovely that I NEVER felt starving or super hungry. I feel like I have a new outlook and I can keep this up myself which is an amazing feeling. Thank you for making healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle so easy!
