    Working with Karmen was great. I started with her to help me lean down and get a little lighter. Although I was in decent shape I was still holding on to the middle body and stomach fat and wanted to slim down and get closer to my target weight. She was very thorough in asking me about the goals I wanted to achieve and worked to tailor a program that would help target all of them. Each week she took the time to ask me questions to see where I was at and continued to customize the program so that I was able to stay on track to achieve my goals. Karmen was helpful in explaining why we were building the plan in a certain way and the impact it would have on my body and what benefits it would have to help me. Even in the end, she ensured that I was educated on how to keep a longer-term approach and understanding to my nutrition so that I can continue to maintain healthy habits from now on. She was amazing to work with and her positive approach and care helped me stay determined and focused on hitting our targets and on making the changes I wanted.

    The best part about Karmen’s nutrition program is that it’s flexible and tailored to your preferences, whether it be eating choices or goals. If there’s something you love eating, Karmen will do her best to incorporate it into your plan so that you avoid the mentality of forbidden foods and can set yourself up more easily for a permanent lifestyle change! I also liked how the questions changed weekly and weren’t overly repetitive in areas you knew I didn’t struggle. I also really liked the flexibility, customization and pressure free nature of omitting pictures some weeks etc. It makes the whole process less daunting and more approachable - life isn’t black and white so our lifestyles shouldn’t be either!
