What did we accomplish together?

1) Eliminated GI pain and bloating.
2) Lost fat.
3) Increased energy levels and confidence.
4) Gained better quality of sleep.

What were the biggest results you achieved?

I think the fat loss was pretty remarkable but the GI pain and energy levels is what I’m happiest about. Such a better quality of life day to day.

What was the most valuable part of my coaching for you?

Aside from your knowledge regarding nutrition; your support and encouragement. It’s like having my own personal cheerleader, cheering me own and celebrating my wins with me.

What did you like about the coaching program?

How easy it was and how much variety there was with food.

What didn’t you like about the coaching program?

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the program. I did find the weekly goals the most challenging - just making time for them. But that’s the point isn’t it? To prioritize these things.

What are you most proud of from being on this program?

How consistent I was. I felt I was very dedicated and ate and exercised with intention these past 12 weeks!

Karmen, thank you so much. I want to find a the best words to express my gratitude for your help and guidance during my program. You’ve not only educated me on better nutrition and better eating overall but you’ve increased the quality of my life tremendously. I had a wonderful experience during my program.
